Cottonwood Contracting is a small, local commercial landscaping company based in Austin, Texas.

We are run by two University of Texas students who started this business to do work the right way: show up on time, answer the phone, and treat every property like it is our own. Because the team is small, there is no call center, no account shuffling, and no waiting days for a response. We are always at earshot.

We focus on commercial properties — office parks, retail centers, and multifamily communities — because that is where consistency matters most. A tidy bed, a working irrigation clock, and a crew that shows up when promised all add up to a site that looks leased and maintained.
